1. Service Information

Aryan Tour And Travel provides taxi, tour, travel, local sightseeing, outstation, and pilgrimage (Chardham Yatra, etc.) services. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Pricing & Charges

All fares shown or discussed are indicative and may change based on distance, route, time, vehicle type, or availability.

Toll tax, parking charges, state tax, driver allowance, and permit charges (if applicable) are extra unless clearly mentioned.

AC may be switched off in hilly areas or as per vehicle safety requirements.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Booking is confirmed only after advance payment (if required) and confirmation from our team.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, etc.).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

Advance amount is generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must carry valid ID proof during travel.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be chargeable.

Illegal activities, intoxication, or misbehavior during travel are strictly prohibited.
