Cancellation Policy – Taxi Services

Advance payment once made is strictly non-refundable.

After booking confirmation, the advance amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If the trip is cancelled after the journey has started, no refund will be provided.

Same-day cancellation or no-show will attract 100% cancellation charges.

The balance payment must be paid before trip start or as agreed at the time of booking.

Toll, parking, state tax, permit charges, night charges, and driver allowance, once paid, are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests must be made by phone or WhatsApp.
